How to Initiate A Refund ?

In the event of any issue with your purchase, you may please contact us at support@uwish.com. Immediately. We will do everything humanly possible to address the issue failing which, we will accept our items back and issue a refund subject to fulfilling following conditions:

  • Your purchase has to be from www.uwish.com (online / offline) only.
  • We request you to please contact us for any issue within 7 days from the date of delivery. It will not be possible for us to refund / exchange products exceeding this time period.
  • All the tags & original packaging should be intact & sent along with the products.
  • Products should be in ‘unused & unwashed’ condition.
  • Kindly note that during promotion, specific rules apply for returning promotional products. We do not accept returns on consumer promotion / freebies, if the correct product has been delivered. We accept returns only in case of wrong product or size shipped. Contact us before sending us any returns.


Delay in delivery.

In case you do not receive your products or cannot track the same, please get in touch with us to enable us to assist you in the best possible way. Allow us 2- 5 days for resolving the same.


Damaged – Wrong product – Exchanges

Our team will inspect the product/s upon receipt. Correct products will be reshipped to you, once they are approved as eligible return and we will share the tracking details with you. The returns or exchange window will be closed after 1- 2 weeks of our receiving of the return from you. Shipping will be borne by you for the returned item/s.

The time taken for delivery of the product/s varies on the location/ distance.

Items with Value of over $75 should be shipped to us with Tracking and Insurance covered as there is no guarantee that we will receive the item/s.



Refunds can be given in the following conditions:

  • If the order is cancelled on www.uwish.com
  • If the item is not in original condition, damaged or defective, then partial refunds will be issued.
  • Products purchased by customer subject to fulfilling return conditions.
  • In case of a refund, the cost of shipping would be deducted since shipping costs are nonrefundable.


Refunds Policy

  • It will take 5 – 7 business days for refund to take place in case payment has been done using credit card.
  • If the payment has been done through internet banking / debit card, it will be processed within 7 – 14 working days.
  • The actual credit to account depends upon banks’ processing time.
  • Our refund process is through Electronic Funds Transfer only & not by cash / cheque / DD.
  • You will not be entitled for any refund, except for events as mentioned in the policy.
